Hassnah serves on several boards in Curaçao and has vast experience advising CEOs, corporate boards and acting as (interim) managing director. Her expertise lies in corporate and labor law. She applies a comprehensive 360-degree strategic approach within the professional media & entertainment industry, consistently achieving both short-term objectives and long-term visions and providing both legal and strategic advice. Having navigated dynamic, fast-paced environments, she has honed an ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse local and international stakeholders. 

Currently, Peter is actively engaged in common law training to further expand his legal knowledge and skills.

Peter's background and expertise enable him to provide valuable legal advice across a range of areas, including constitutional and administrative law, as well as contractual, liability, and intellectual property law. Notably, he has also authored numerous high-quality legal articles, showcasing his proficiency and contribution to the field.

She gained extensive knowledge of employment law as an attorney and litigator throughout EMEA (Europe, Middle-East, Africa) and Latin-America during her career, a decade of which she spent in private practice in a top tier law firm in the Netherlands, followed by multiple years working for the Government in the Dutch Caribbean and in-house in a multinational company. 

She gained extensive knowledge of commercial (contract) law and corporate law as an attorney-at-law and litigator in (international) private practice working for a magic circle law firm (one of the five most prestigious London-based multinational law firms), in the Dutch Caribbean, as well as in-house for a multinational company in the City of London and Frankfurt.
